If you bought something from a store on SaturnShop, this page tells you what was collected, who is actually responsible for it, and how to get it deleted.

1 · The important distinction

Each merchant runs their own store and decides what to do with their customers' details. They are responsible for that data. SaturnShop is the software underneath: we store and transmit that data on the merchant's behalf, and we do not use it for our own purposes.

In practice: if you have a question about your order — where it is, why it was cancelled, delete my details — ask the store you bought from first. Their contact address is in their storefront footer. If they will not respond, or your question is about the platform itself, contact us and we will act.

2 · What a store collects when you order

• your email address;
• your name;
• your shipping address, and any delivery note you type;
• what you ordered, the quantities, and the total;
• any discount code you used;
• an order reference and a private link token so you can check your order later.

That is the whole list.

3 · What is never collected

• Card numbers. The platform never sees, handles or stores one.
• Crypto wallet keys or seed phrases. Payment happens on the merchant's own payment page, not here.
• Passwords for anything other than an AWAKE account, which is a merchant login, not a buyer one. Buyers do not need an account to order.
• Anything you did not type into a checkout form.

4 · What it is used for

• fulfilling and shipping your order;
• sending you transactional email — order received, payment confirmed, shipped;
• letting you track the order from the link you were given;
• preventing fraud and abuse of the checkout.

Your details are not sold, not rented, not used to build advertising profiles, and not shared between different stores on the platform. A merchant can only ever see orders from their own store.

5 · Who else sees it

• The merchant you ordered from — obviously; they have to ship it.
• Neon, which hosts the database, and Vercel, which serves the site.
• Resend, which delivers the transactional email. Order mail is sent from a SaturnShop address so it lands reliably; replies go to the merchant.
• Law enforcement, if we are legally required to.

If the merchant uses a separate payment processor for crypto, whatever you do on that processor's page is covered by their policy, not this one.

6 · How long it is kept

Order records are kept while the store exists, because a merchant needs their own sales history. If a store is closed or removed, its data goes with it. If you want your details removed sooner, see below.

7 · Getting your data removed

Ask the merchant first — it is their record and they can act immediately. If that fails, email eleazarcheckings@gmail.com with the store name and your order reference and we will remove it from the platform.

One honest caveat: a merchant may have already exported their orders to CSV, and we cannot reach a copy that has left the platform. Asking them directly is genuinely the more complete route.

8 · Cookies

Storefronts use browser storage to remember your cart, and a merchant signing into the admin gets a session cookie. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers on storefront pages.

9 · Children

SaturnShop is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child's details were submitted, email us and it will be deleted.

10 · Security, honestly stated

Data is stored on managed infrastructure, served over HTTPS, and each store's records are scoped so one merchant cannot read another's. That is the real posture. No small platform should claim more than that, and this one does not.

11 · Changes

If this notice changes materially, the date at the top changes with it.
